Privacy policy
Effective October 22, 2026
FamilyOS is an owner-operated private application for personal planning and household and property operations. This policy explains how FamilyOS uses Google account information and workflow data.
Information accessed
With the Google account owner's authorization, FamilyOS reads project and task information from a selected Google Sheet. Its separate guest-message workflow reads and writes authorized Google Drive files containing conversation records, notes, tasks and draft replies. These files may include guest or booking information supplied through the operator's connected services.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the requested dashboards, coordination workflows, records and reply drafting. Personal Sheet access is read-only. The Drive workflow can update its authorized files. Requested permissions are limited to the workflow being connected.
Storage and access
Workflow records are kept in the operator's Google Drive, Google Sheets and private FamilyOS systems as needed for these features. Google credentials are stored server-side and are not included in browser pages or this information website. The application is restricted to its operator and authorized users.
Sharing and AI-assisted workflows
FamilyOS does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Data may be processed by the operator's selected connected services where needed for the requested workflow. If the operator requests AI-assisted review or drafting, relevant records may be provided to the selected AI service, subject to that service's terms and privacy settings. FamilyOS does not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
FamilyOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained while needed for the operator's workflows and archives. The operator can delete workflow files and private stored records. Disconnecting Google does not itself delete records already saved in Drive, Sheets, private storage or backups; those copies must be managed separately.
Your controls
The account owner can revoke FamilyOS access in Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically erase existing records. For questions or deletion requests, contact the operator using the support email shown on the Google consent screen.
This public website
These static information pages have no sign-in, analytics scripts, advertising or application-data connection. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the app's data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
